Vinnytsia Wolves sign RB Malcolm Gasque

The Vinnytsia wolves of Ukraine have signed running back Malcolm Gasque in their 2022 roster. The veteran playmaker joins a wolves team looking to win the title after qualifying for the playoffs in 2021.

“I decided to sign with Wolves because Coach Dale Heffron is an amazing coach and I wanted to be a part of what he is building in Ukraine. I love the team and they play together and motivate each other and they want to win. I also believe Wolves would be a perfect fit for me because I love to motivate and win and I love being part of a team that is like family.

The 29-year-old Gasque, 5’8 ″ and 200 pounds, is most recently dressed in Ukraine for the Kiev Slavs. Before bursting out on the Ukrainian football scene, the Baltimore native has seen many stops in his international career. Since 2015 he has participated in Portugal (Lisbon Devils), Brazil, France, Poland, Turkey, and Belgium.

After graduating from Orange Rating Community University in 2015, Gasque put his talents Portugal where he helped the Devils to a 11-0 record and their first Portuguese championship. Shortly after, the Maryland appears in Poland and Turkey. Gasque made the headlines Brazil with the Sao Paulo Storm where he was ranked eighth best player in the leagues. He then ended his 2018 and 2019 season with the The iron Mask of Cannes, France where he led the team in the race. In 2020, the running back was a key player in the Belgian Soccer League, before the pandemic cuts its time with the Mons Knights short.

Off the pitch, the running back is deeply involved in his hometown community, resulting in Baltimore youth football leagues.
